Sessions are $220/50 minute session.
I use the recommended fee guide from the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta to determine my fees.

Yes, most insurance companies cover the whole fee of psychotherapy services from registered psychologists.
Clients pay for their sessions via credit card or e-transfer. I provide a receipt that clients can submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.

I use OWL. It’s secure and meets all the standards set by the College of Psychologists of Ontario to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
This platform allows clients to have access to their receipts, pay by credit card, view upcoming appointments, set email and SMS reminders, and to cancel appointments.
I will send you a secure video link to bookmark and use for every session.

Every person is unique. It depends on what you’re experiencing and what your goals are.
Generally, I recommend at least 10 sessions. Often, clients experience the most benefit from committing to longer-term therapy of about 20 sessions.
We can discuss this during your free consultation.

Both have at least a master’s degree in psychology, 1600+ hours of supervised practice, the completion of the regulatory exam EPPP, registration in the province in which they practice, and the completion of an ethics exam.
Counselling psychologists use informal assessment to assess patterns of symptoms to inform evidenced based psychotherapy treatment. Whereas a clinical psychologist may formally diagnose clients.
